Medical Insurance: FEHB Federal Employee Health Benefits.
Vision/Dental/Life Insurance: Vision through VSP, Dental through Cypress, and Life Insurance through Symetra. Dependent/additional individual coverage available. Deductions can be taken pre-federal tax.
401(k) Retirement: 5% contribution from the Tribe with NO MATCH requirements. Employees are allowed to contribute pre-federal tax up to the IRS Maximum. No vesting period. Available to all employees regardless of hours.
Paid Vacation/Sick Leave: Vacation accrues as follows: Years 1-3 (2 weeks per year), Years 4-5 (3 weeks per year), and Years 6 and above (4 weeks per year). Sick leave accrued at the rate of one day per month.
Paid Holidays: Twelve paid holidays each year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Katimiin Karuk Supaah (Friday before Memorial Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Native American Day (fourth Friday in September), Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, Christmas Day, and one Personal Holiday to be used on/near your Birthday (within 3 Months).
