Karuk Tribe Enrollment Department
The Enrollment Department of the Karuk Tribe is dedicated to helping native people apply for tribal enrollment and keeping an updated census of our Tribal Members. The Enrollment Officer and Enrollment/Census Specialist are here to assist you to the best of their ability. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Enrollment Department processes Enrollment Applications, Tribal Member Census, DMV and sales tax exempt forms (for those who live on BIA trust land), family trees, Tribal ID cards, and fishing license forms. You can contact our office for further information on these services by phone or by email.

New applicants must mail in applications and original birth certificates. Birth certificates will be returned after the enrollment process is completed.
