Karuk  “Pikyav” Domestic Violence Services Program

The “Pikyav” Domestic Violence Services Program has a main office in Happy Camp with a satelite office in Orleans 

The program staff works directly with the domestic violence shelters, courts and other service providers in Humboldt and Siskiyou counties providing services to eligible Native Women, Teens, Children, Elders and Community Members, and assisting with outreach and community education.

The Pikyav Program Staff may assist eligible victims with navigating the legal, civil and criminal court process, including obtaining and enforcing protective orders.
